This Referral Partner Agreement ("Agreement") is between Diamond Crafts Flooring LLC (ROC #324708) ("Diamond Crafts") and Partner ("Partner"), effective the date you sign up.

Partner may introduce homeowners and property owners in the Phoenix metropolitan area who may need residential flooring, tile, stone, countertop or dustless demolition services ("Referrals"). Diamond Crafts will pay Partner a referral fee for Referrals that become paid projects, on the terms below.

A Referral is recorded when the prospect submits their project details through Partner's personal referral link or names Partner as the source at intake, before Diamond Crafts has an existing open opportunity with that prospect. Diamond Crafts' records of the referral source are conclusive absent manifest error. Partner will not represent itself as an agent, employee or licensee of Diamond Crafts, will not quote prices or timelines, and will not make promises about results, code compliance or dust reduction.

Diamond Crafts will pay Partner 10% of the collected contract value of the first project completed for each referred homeowner. Terms: Fees are calculated on amounts actually collected, excluding sales tax, change orders paid to third parties, and refunds. No fee is owed on projects that are cancelled, unpaid, or routed to a third-party specialist.

Fees are paid within fifteen (15) days after Diamond Crafts receives final payment on the referred project, by the payout method Partner selects in the partner portal. Partner is responsible for providing accurate payout details and a completed IRS Form W-9 before the first payment; Diamond Crafts will issue Form 1099-NEC where required. Partner is an independent contractor and responsible for its own taxes.

Diamond Crafts holds Arizona Registrar of Contractors license #324708. Partner will not perform, arrange, or advertise contracting work under this Agreement. If Partner is itself a licensed contractor or real-estate licensee, Partner is responsible for compliance with its own licensing rules regarding referral compensation (including A.R.S. Title 32 for real-estate licensees, who may only receive compensation through their broker).

This Agreement is non-exclusive. Diamond Crafts decides in its sole discretion whether to estimate, accept, price, or decline any referred project. Nothing here guarantees Partner any volume of referrals or fees.

Partner will share only information the prospect has agreed to share and will not sell or misuse prospect information. Diamond Crafts uses referred contact information only to respond to the project request and will not sell it. Partner may see the status of its own referrals in the partner portal but not pricing details or internal notes.

Partner will represent Diamond Crafts honestly and professionally, will not use unsolicited bulk messaging, misleading advertising, or any claim not published by Diamond Crafts, and will not offer inducements to prospects without Diamond Crafts' written approval.

Either party may end this Agreement at any time by written notice (email is sufficient). Fees earned on projects contracted before termination remain payable when collected.

Arizona law governs this Agreement. Any dispute will be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona. This is the entire agreement about referrals and may be updated by Diamond Crafts with notice; continued referrals after notice mean acceptance. Electronic acceptance through the partner signup form is binding.

By submitting the referral partner form, Partner accepts this Agreement (version 2026-09-01).
